GIO'S PROPERTIES LLC started with one simple frustration: gear that looked rugged but fell apart after a single season. We build the opposite — pieces made from full-grain leather, brass hardware, and stitching that a repair shop can actually work with, twenty years from now.
We keep the catalog small on purpose. Every item on this site has been carried, rained on, dropped, and repaired before we ever agreed to sell it. If it can't survive that, it doesn't get a product page.
